Who is Dr. Risa Ryger?
Dr. Risa Ryger is a New York Clinical Psychologist, national and international speaker, and researcher with over 20 years of clinical experience. Dr. Ryger graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts as an Interdivisional Scholar in Psychology and Biology. She was awarded her Master of Science, Master of Philosophy and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
As an expert in change, Dr. Risa Ryger identified the need for a comprehensive treatment modality and developed Dynamic Integrative Psychotherapy (DIP)TM. DIPTM incorporates the cutting edge of neuroscience to facilitate meaningful change and address the challenges of life today.
Dr. Ryger is also the Founder of 93% Consulting, LLC. Dr. Ryger proudly serves on the Advisory Council of Mindfulness Without Borders. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Ryger lectures extensively, conducts workshops and consults with professionals, students, parents, and educators. She is a national and international speaker and has guest starred on NYU Heart to Heart on Sirius Doctor Radio with cardiac surgeon, Dr. Greg Ribakove, as an expert in Stress Management and Reduction.
